1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 77aba ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered user of the platform ("you", "member"). By creating an account at 77aba or using the platform's services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and local regulations. The platform may only be used for personal entertainment. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

77aba's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. A national identity card or valid government-issued document may be required to prove age at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification process.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• Providing a false age or identity will result in immediate account closure.
• Users must provide their own accurate and complete information.

3 Account Registration

When registering at 77aba, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. We reserve the right to verify the information provided. If any discrepancy is found, the account may be suspended or closed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent service, 77aba may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required during this process:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of mobile banking or bank account verification.
• A selfie or video verification if required.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. However, deposit activity will continue as normal during this period.

5 Account Closure or Suspension

77aba may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Running multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Using software or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Violation of any clause in these Terms.

If an account is closed, any legitimately earned balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be considered void.

6 Deposit Rules

77aba currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for all methods).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned.
• Your account balance will be credited only after the deposit is successfully confirmed.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to your own verified payment account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

8 Welcome Bonus

77aba offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳18,000.

The welcome bonus applies only once and is added automatically with the first deposit. The bonus can only be used to play games at 77aba.

9 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. Only after this requirement is met can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — refer to the offer details.
• In the event of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

10 Other Promotions

From time to time, 77aba runs various promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable terms, which can be found on the offer page or through the support team. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, 77aba's decision will be considered final.

11 Fair Play Policy

77aba is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games on the platform follow reliable technical standards. Games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft are available at 77aba.

• Game results cannot be altered or manipulated in any way.
• The use of automated software, scripts, or bots is strictly prohibited.

12 Sports Betting Rules

Bets can be placed on various sports markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. You must select from the available markets at the time of placing a bet. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a match or event is cancelled for any reason, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. Market-specific special rules may apply, which will be noted on the betting page.
